This was my first trip to Maui and I loved it! My dad had a conference and my mom and I invited ourselves along. We took the SuperFerry (of course Niki barfed and I too puked but not until after we got off the boat....?) We stayed at the Grand Wailea Resort - so nice! I also got to visit with my friend Erica who I haven't seen in 5 years. It was great!

so the ferry wasn't too great? i really really want to go on it, for the experience and scenery. but the barf deal i could do without. i want to go back to maui, i went for one day, drove straight to hana and then back to the airport. i was carsick the WHOLE trip. next time i am bypassing hana and exploring the rest of the island!
I wish I could go to Maui. I've been there once but it was strictly for softball. Jealous!
Lucky Duckies-those are beautiful pictures. How fun to go to Maui. I would have probably been sick on the boat. I love rollercoasters but get very car sick, boat sick and elevator sick.Hum.

Oh man, I miss my home. I'm glad you enjoyed the island for me. Sorry that you didn't enjoy your super ferry experience. Isn't Grand Wailea sweet? We've stayed there a couple times and my mom and I went to the spa. It's a nice one. Anyway, take care.

What a fun trip! I like that you invited yourself along! I've heard that the Grand Wailea is amazing. I've only been to Maui once & I'd like to go back someday. It's so beautiful!
Really? You've never been to Maui??? How come I didn't know that? The Grand Wailea was where we stayed when we went there too. That is so cool that you did the ferry! And someday I'd like to hear how Erica is please.
That sounds like so much fun!!! I'm jealous! Maybe I'll do that when I get home too! LOL!
